To keep the angels of St Clement's, their acolytes and demons, and all the other unique treasures in this majestic church visible for future generations, the roof was repaired and new down-pipes were installed in 2015.

The sponsor-a-slate campaign was very generously supported and raised over £3,500 towards repairs to the roof. 

The names of 270 individuals, both sponsors themselves and those nominated by sponsors, are inscribed in a unique register placed in St Clement's Church.
